The shop assistance did explained to my satisfaction the items I want to buy and that helped me a lot

I was greeted as soon as I came to the shop and when i mentioned i had an appointment the staff member Jalal got straight into it and we set up the Sleep Match and I was offered a bottle of water.

The staff was really welcoming. It was a good experience. The two colleagues in the store work well together. Very friendly and helpful.

Everything in store was excellent just the price for the bed and mattress seemed rather expensive.

I was very satisfied with the Dreams experience and I never rate anyone too scores because I believe you should always try and improve. But I was very satisfied.

everything was great except the time it took to place the order as the worker was new and needed support. I understood but I did get tired of waiting.

The bed we looked at online wasn’t what we expected it to be in person. We didn’t feel that it had been well represented by the photos online. Hence we left with only a mattress on this occasion.
