The staff were helpful and patient. They encouraged us to take our time to find the mattress that was most comfortable and applied no pressure for the upsale. They were very good at pointing out similar mattress which we may not have considered and were clear about the 40 night comfort guarantee. Only bad part of the experience was how hot the store was, I cannot imagine having to work in that heat daily!

Add called Jalal firstly welcomed is. It is a Hatingely branch. He was polite and respectful. Offered us tea. We didn't feel pressurised. Also showed different bed. Quality and guarantee he explained. Overall his working experience was ver high standard. I will alwYs recommend about Deeam specially about Haringey branch.
