Julien at the store in Haringey i was in was fantastic! Really professional, patient and knowledgeable. A nice friendly man too.

Julien from the Hornsey store was so good we even went back the next day and bought a second mattress. Very helpful, patient and guided us through the decision process in a skilled way.

Quick efficient friendly staff, wasn't overly hot weather but was offered a bottle of water. Staff went above and beyond to show me material texture and colour from samples as ottoman bed was not in store. Ordering was quick and effortless. Got offered printed paperwork as well as email Highly satisfied about transaction, given one month time scale, which gives me time to get rid of old bed base.

jalal was so helpful he is an asset to your company I would go back for more items as and when I can afford a new bed etc Jalal is exceptional

Because the man was just nice friendly he put me on the bed machine which I never knew existed and tried many different mattresses for my body requirements until I found the one I liked. Excellent because there are so many different mattresses out there I wouldn't know what I was looking for without the bed machine narrowing it down for me
