The person who assisted me was so helpful and really took his time to help. He found exact what I was looking for as a result I left the store with a smile on my face. Really need more people like him in retail !

Wile trying to find the perfect mattress for my bad back I went in to a handful of different shops and also one or two other Dreams stores. As soon as I walked into the Harringey branch of Dreams Kweku was friendly, knowledgable and always happy to help. He told me how the mattresses were made, what they were made of and why some might be more suited to me than others. It took me a while to make up my mind but he was as friendly and helpful on the first visit as he was on the last.
