I was served immediately by Jalal at the Arena Shopping Park in Green Lanes, London, who was extremely pleasant and patiently explained everything I needed to know to make my choices. He was very knowledgeable about the products and let me take my time to test mattresses and make my choice about the bed. I normally dislike shopping, but this was a very good experience.

The assistant (Adam) was extremely helpful and didn't hurry me to make a purchase or make my mind up even though I walked into the store 5 minuets before closing time! Adam took time to talk through all my questions and I ended up purchasing two beds. The terms and conditions of the purchase were explained fully and I left feeling a very happy customer. Please pass this on to the store and especially Adam and the Manager at the store on the day I made the purchase - Thank you!!

Staff member very attentive but also gave us (myself and husband) time alone to try beds and discuss. Computer delay during purchase but staff very apologetic and resolved issue. Offered drinks. Seemed happy for us to spend time on beds to decide which suited us both. Delivery available in under a week.

Excellent customer service from Sharon, she was very patient ensuring we tried a variety of mattresses in various positions before finalising our decision. We were even offered tea and coffee whilst we finalised our purchase. Very happy with Sharon's indepth knowledge on the Various mattresses available and extremely pleased with our purchase. The store assistant was very helpful and explained the different types of mattress protectors to me and helped me come to a decision as to which one is most suitable for my needs. Adam was informative and professional and I was able to be in and out of the store in ten minutes!

On entering the Harringey store I was given adequate time for individual browsing and was approached by the friendly adviser when additional support was needed. My adviser was extremely helpful from the start encouraging me to try out the beds which would meet my needs and offering relevant advice. All without being overbearing or persuading me for a more expensive sale. Much appreciated support.

the sales person was very helpful a young man by the name of Kweku. it is easy to walk in and out of a shop but with the welcome and assisstance we were given made all the difference to staying in the shop and not going elsewhere
