Dreams - Haringey

I received all the assistance I needed from Adam at the Harringay store but was not able to proceed with a delivery date on that day. When I next visited, Stuart remembered my earlier visit and what was agreed with Adam. I was then able to make the order on Monday 11th April and arrange for delivery on Thursday 14th April. However, I did have to go back to the store to collect a green recycyling plastic cover for my old mattress. It would be more efficient if that was stored on the delivery van so it would always be available at the right time. I was telephoned early on 14th April to be given a time slot of between 11.00 and 13.00 and the delivery was made at 11.35. Adrian and Jack were friendly and placed the new mattress on the bed and took away all the plastic covering. They also collected the old mattress which was covered in the green bag and placed in my hallway. It was quite difficult dealing with that on my own, so I was pleased when the new one was placed in the right place by two people. The mattress feels quite a bit harder than the one I tried out in the store but I know I have 40 nights to try it out and possibly exchange it.

I wasn't bombarded by a sales person (Adam), but he came over after a few minutes and asked if assistance was required - he openly made suggestions...I was only browsing, but ended up buying 2 mattresses and an ottoman bed. Adam is a credit to Dreams - he was very helpful and a good sales person.

The shop steward Adam was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Veyr nice manner; not too pushy with the sales but on hand to help whenever we had questions.

I came with my wife just to look around but the Shop Assistant- Sharon was very friendly and professional! She took time to show us round and explained all the options we could have. We were so impressed and did not hestitate to make the purchase. This is what I call top service and the lady by the name Sharon is an asset to the company!
