We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service from every member of staff we spoke to, not because we've had a poor experience at Dreams before, but because it is extremely unusual to encounter staff as friendly, courteous, knowledgable, helpful and efficient in any business. Especially on Green Lanes. They represent your company's excellent attitude to customers and are a credit to you. I will recommend this branch of Dreams to everyone I know. The service was excellent. The sales assistant at Haringey Eugene Adjei was knowledgeable. I felt as though he took into account my medical history and provided me with the best mattress and pillow that supported me. In depth knowledge of products and helped me to narrow down my choice. Very patient and wanted to make sure that I purchased the correct one. He also explained what materials will be used in my mattress. The first time I came into dreams one of the staff was rude, unhelpful and full of sarcasm. So I left. I was apprehensive to return, but I'm glad I did. Eugene Adjei changed my opinion of the store and the service. He's an asset to your company!

First time I used dreams, it was a pleasure. Extremely fast service very friendly, my goods haven't been delivered yet so can't comment on the delivery service. But my in store experience was the best!!!
