Dreams - Haringey

My partner and I visited the Dreams store in Haringey, London. We spoke with Ashley, the manager, who was highly knowledgable about the products and instantly directed us to the bed frame we were looking for. He was incredibly welcoming and had outstanding customer service who went above and beyond with our order - we are moving house and he made sure that we were reassured with delivery dates and confirmation of the order and price. Jalal also helped us understand the function of the product we purchased, he was efficient, patient and had brilliant customer service too. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience in store and would not hesitate to recommend this branch.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Orhan Gok who was super friendly and extremely helpful. He assisted us with all our needs and kindly gave us a drink while we were looking around. After looking for a while and with the help of orhan we purchased a lovely mattress and bed. Very happy many thanks!

The customer service was super good. Super friendly staff! Oran was really helpful and welcome explaining everything and making sure we were ok, he invites us to water, he was keeping the distance and he has a big knowledge about the mattress, Thanks Oran!!

I found the Customerservice excellent attentive, as we were in store went through all the beds I looked at answering all questions that met my needs and was able to make the decision in the bed I chose. I felt Rashaan did a brilliant service impressed with his customer service and Ashley store manager was also attentive. Found this store service 10 Star ⭐️ would recommend highly.

The young gentleman who helped my mum and I was incredibly friendly, patient and answered all of our many questions. He explained different products we wanted to check out in great detail. All in all very happy with the service he provided.

Orhan was the sales rep and he was very helpful from the moment we entered the store. He was very patient and was happy to hear exactly what we wanted and he did all he could to meet our expectations. He offered us a drink, he understood the bed was for my elderly mother and he was very understanding to her needs. My mother was extremely impressed with his service as was I. Julien was excellent: very helpful and knowledgeable.

Jalal immediately approached us and invited us to use the machine to tell us what mattress would suit us best. We were lost without his help so it was much easier to find a mattress with his recommendations and assistance. He was very kind by offering us a pillow and some water.
