This has to be one of my most enjoyable shopping experiences truly. I had previously bought a double divan bed for my son from this same store back in December and was pleased with my purchase so returned there as I needed a new bed. I spent roughly 2.5 hours in the store and I have to give Kudos to Eugene who greeted me on the moment I entered the store and proceeded to guide me through my purchase very professionally and also with a great sense of humor. In addition, his colleague Adam was also helpful and they both contributed to the experience. What I admired in Eugene was his attention to all the customers in the store, taking calls, managing Adam and at the same time still retaining my attention and processing my sale which is rare nowadays in my opinion. His product knowledge and advice very much influenced my final purchase and he did give a variety of options in the price range I had stated. I think every customer in the store at that time was given full attention and everyone seemed to leave with a smile in their face which is why I am taking the time to write such a long report. Staff like Eugene and Adam are highly valuable, they are a credit to your company.
