I went into the shop thinking I was "only going to be a new mattress" as my old one is 10 years old and I knew I needed a new one, and I am getting backache and joint aches every night. But I can't afford to spend a lot. Your colleague Tessa explained how just buying a new mattress was not really an option as putting a new mattress on an old broken bed base would only damage the new mattress, and she helped me to find out which was the best mattress and bed base for me taking into account all my needs, and my financial circumstances. She was very kind and me and my daughter were offered a cup of tea and Ovaltine, and we spent some time trying all the different mattresses until I was happy with one. Tessa then went through the finance options with me and was very reassuring and helpful and so by the end I have now ordered my new bed and I am feeling so much happier. Tessa was very knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly to me and had time to answer all my questions. I felt very cared for as a customer.

The sales assistant that helped me was called Sharon excellent customer skills. Sharon was attentive and very helpful she showed me a selection of mattresses and encouraged me to try the product before buying it. Sharon was very knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions. I had a very positive experience whilst visiting your store.

The assistance was very helpful and offered the best products I required and answered all my questions very promptly and honestly. I was also offered a drink whilst I was being served. The assistance was very professional and knowledgeable. A great customer experience.

Tessa and Sharon were both lovely Ladies to speak with, in order to make us feel welcome. Also they were very approachable and came across as people with a great knowledge base. Tessa dealt with our enquiry and managed to not only keep us satisfied but also leaving the store with a conversation about how helpful she was.

Tessa who served me was polite and very knowledgeable about the items in Store she took the time to measure show colours and explain the whole process should I order.

We were served by a lovely lady called sharon at harringey branch. Who couldnt have been more helpful. She gave us every detail of every bed and matress and let us test them out. She even got myself and daughter a drink while we waited. Bery helpful and welcoming.
