Tessa, the member of staff who dealt with my wife and I, was very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient and we are satisfied that, with her help, we chose the right mattress for us.

The service I received in the store was excellent.

We were given the space to test a few mattresses then offered help, we were showed the one we were after and also told which were the similar items. Very friendly assistant who served us quickly when we were ready to pay for our order.
