I was met by a very friendly member of staff, If she didn't know something (as she was a new employee) she very quickly got an experienced colleague to answer my question's. I found her very efficient and caring. :)

I am disabled and walk with a crutch...the store was well laid out and I had plenty of room to get around. Staff member was extremely helpful and she offered me a hot drink which was freshly made, in a mug and not from a machine in a plastic cup!

I was having highly sastifed as I came through the doors I was greeted by a friendly smiley face who made me feel very welcome, Her expertise advice made it very easy for me to decide on the product I was looking for, everything was explained clearly and precise,

We bought two mattresses when they have discount. When we went to the store, it is easy to find the mattress we searched online. The staff was quite helpful to explain the size etc. (As the one we wanted with little double size which confused us). Jalal (the staff) is super helpful and with us until we left the store. In the end we also bought a mattress protector and bed cover plan. Jalal helped us to calculate to make sure all within our budget, also explained the return policy which we didn't expect that. It is a very happy jounery and I will definitely recommend my friends who are going to buy mattress. The only disappointment is when we bought the protector, as we are busy that day, we want the protector can be delivered with mattress we bought, and seems that is impossible. It is not a big issue for the whole experience.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service throughout. Very polite, friendly and excellent product knowledge. Despite having other customers while lone working a great deal of effort was made to ensure all customers were dealt with. All information about the finance and delivery was fully explained. I left the store feeling very happy. Thank you!
