The staff were attentive, gave me space to look about and offered advice. I didn't feel hurried and they talked me through the options even when I had semi-decided just so that I refreshed my thinking, They pointed out the flexibility in the products and sales service and were quite clear when there was a commitment to be made. They made me a cup of tea - which relaxed me. It was the end of the day but they were really in no hurry to see the back of customers.

Friendly and helpful advice from Tessa who was knowledgeable and tailored advice to suit our needs. Didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. We were offered a cup of tea.

Customer service was great and welcoming. I went in for a browse and ended up making a purchase, this was down to the knowledge of the products the manager (London Haringey store) gave me which made me feel at ease when making an order.

I had the opportunity to try a lot of products and choose the perfect fit at a reasonable price.

Sales assistant was very patient whilst we weighed up the pros and cons of our best option. He also tolerated the stupidity of my teenage son.

I had no idea what i wanted when I walked in to the shop. Sharon was really really helpful. She helped with every step and made sure i had all the time I need to decide on what I want. She was very professional and really friendly. I felt very well looked after and felt at the end I had made exactly the right choice and purchase. Thank you Sharon!

Our Assistant Jalal was very attentive and knowledgeable, spending plenty of time with us to give us very handy advice, but making sure we had the space to decide what we wanted.
