Dreams - Haringey

I was met straight away by Julien, he was polite and asked if I knew what bed I needed and as I have arthritis, he suggested I use the machine to help find which mattress would be suitable. He was very patient as I spent some time deciding between two mattresses, and he spent some time explaining what the mattress was made of and how it would benefit me. After some light hearted chat . I bought a mattress and luckily it was on sale, as it was quite expensive.

The gentleman who delt with me was very clear. He was helpful and listened to me. I didn't quite know what I wanted but once I spoke to him and went on the bed for 3 minutes to see what you needed it all came very clear once all was explained. Also very professional.

My Advisor was very pleasant and knowledgeable Offered me a drink, Didn’t rush the sale Went through the order twice to make sure I was happy with everything This is my second time in the store And I saw the same sales advisor 10/10 to Juillian frm the Harringey store

Tessa was very helpful and led me to a bed which measured me and gave a recommendation for the type of bed I should buy. Tessa was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable; once I had made my choice she was very quick to process my purchase and arrange delivery. Faultless and professional customer service!

Well the gentleman name was Orhan he understood me really well what I need from dreams and what they can give me he was very polite and helpful he offered me drink coffee or tea or water and assist me right mattress and pillow for me which is what I need from mattress and pillow so he did excellent job thank you Mr Orhan

The advisor in green lanes new exactly what she had been speaking of and was able to help me with all my needs… I had gone in after complaining of severe pain while sleeping on my current mattress and due to my current situation of being pregnant she was able to sympathise with me as she had explained she had two boys of her own so was able to advise me on what’s suitable for my needs.. she assisted every step of the way & was so friendly kind & inviting.. offered me the after care which I was hesitant on taking but after explaining possible accidents especially with a new baby on the way I went ahead & got a free mattress protector also!! Came in the next week and I’ve had a great sleep since.. still a few aches but that’s just the baby growing I’m assuming… so thank you lovely lady.. I tried to find my paper to find her name but can’t for the life of me.. but she was the only female I had seen that day & has lovely green eyes I believe :) Many thanks again
