Thought the mayress test was good and happy with the service that went with it.

We were treated with respect and made to feel welcome by Pauline. She gave us a lot of her time to really understand the various beds on offer. She did not press us to make a decision - we jointly agreed on the ideal bed for me. I look forward to receiving the bed in April.

We were served instantly by an extremely pleasant and helpful assistant who took the time to provide exactly the right sort of mattress we were looking for and even made us a nice cup of coffee.

Pauline was very attentive & guided me to my purchasing choice. I also liked the added service of helping find out what type of mattress would be most suitable to me. Pauline was also very friendly & knowledgeable.

Really enjoyed the dreams testing facility for mattresses and Pauline in the Guildford branch was excellent and supported us throughout.

The Dreams Guildford staff member called Harvey was excellent. Patient, approachable, knowledgeable, practical and understanding!

Pauline was very knowledgable and helpful. We were assessed on the mattress chooser and she even indulged us and allowed our kids to have a go. Additionally when I first went to the store there were some kids mucking around who were asked clearly and firmly to leave by your staff which was brilliant to see.

For me there was very experience at dreams,, for the very first moment there was not so willing to explain may be my mother language was not English so it needs to take time to understand,,,afterwards was ok then
