Manager was v helpful when I phoned to enquire about a certain bed I was trying to track down. I came to the shop the following day and he and his colleague Harvey helped us to find an equivalent. We had a budget but in fact exceeded the amount we had in mind as the bed we chose was so comfortable

Gabbie was very helpful and professional. She helped me select the right mattress. She helped me select the base for the mattress, showing me the various options available and making helpful suggestions. Gabbie had the right balance of being helpful but was not “over the top”.

She helped me through the decision process and placed the order efficiently and secured a timely delivery date at my convenience. Overall an extremely satisfactory experience. We were attended to as soon as we walked into the shop, all our questions were answered and we were able to confidently order the mattress we wanted to suit our needs and price range.
