Pauline was really knowledgeable and helpful.while I ended up buying the most expensive product, I didn’t feel at all pressured to do so. Just well advised. With so many Guildford shops closing, I really appreciate having a local store to try beds. I would never have bought such an expensive mattress without trying it first

He was knowledgeable, helpful, listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and showed us a variety of products, explained about the divans and ottaman beds. He was friendly and informative and made the experience a pleasure for me and my daughters.

Pauline took the time to take us around the show room explaining the benefits and features of the various beds and frames on sale. She displayed an impressive product knowledge and went into great detail about the handmade mattresses manufactured in the UK. This resulted in us returning to the store to place our order.
