Pauline in Guildford store was thorough and polite and took time to find a suitable product for our back problems. She knew her products and didn’t just want to sell us the most expensive. Great customer service.

Pauline assisted us during our visit at Dreams in Guildford yesterday afternoon. She was very friendly and patient with our situation and our needs. She offered us coffee, put us through the sleep match system, and walked us around the store to try the range of mattresses fit for our preference. Pauline found the best deal for us and we were very pleased with her service.

Harvey, the assistant, gave us a warm welcome and checked what we were looking for immediately. Suggested we do a test to find out which is the best mattress for us and offer drinks while we were there.  Being patient and explaining the bill in detail (we are non native english speakers). Let us know that there are bedding accessories on sale and we did buy it with a package.  

When we walked into the shop Harvey was incredibly helpful and extremely patient while we looked through a number of products while answering all of our questions and not feeling at all pushy for a sale.
