The staff especially Malcolm and also James were friendly,knowledgeable and helpful to find a suitable mattress. We used the sleep machine to help find the best mattress for us, and were then shown each individual selection. The store was clean and easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed the service and enjoyed the shopping process

very pleasant extremely helpful, Sam answered all my questions the tea and coffee was also very welcome. Tried to get in touch about about the comfort trial when I arrived home, Code WFOHMZGH71. no such tel no: 0870 042 0139 so I couldn't register online for my free tempur pillow. Very dissapointed, after I had spent that amount of money, hope I can get it please.

We were highly satisfied as our advisor was very helpful and advised us on which mattress is best for us using the special machine in store , that measures pressure points and tell us what mattress is best to buy

The whole shopping experience was very enjoyable and that is from someone who hates shopping !!

From Stepping into the store, myself and my wife were really pleased with the level of customer services. Malcom couldn't do enough for us and he and James the store manager. offer what we felt was exceptional customer service and are a credit to Dreams.i have already mentioned this to a number of my family members and Friend. and anyone who mementoes they are looking for a bed or anything to do with bedding, i will be telling them they need to go to dreams. before they go anywhere else.

from the time my wife and I entered the store Malc made us welcome, offered us coffee etc and was available to help when required. we discussed our needs including the type of mattress although we had no idea there were so many different types. we went on the test machine and then tried out the different types of mattress that it recommended. we agreed to go away and think about our options so he gave us a breakdown of our cost option ( no pressure }we returned to the store to-day one week later , had a coffee a chat and completed the order to our absolute satisfaction.
