WELL. WHERE DO I STRAT? WHAT A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE FOR A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND FRIEND - WE BOTH ENDED UP SPENDING MONEY! SAMANTHA WAS SUPERB - SKILLED, PROFESSIONAL; KNOWLEDGABLE- AS WERE HER COLLEAGUES 'MR JAMES' AND ONE OTHER MAN WHO SERVED MY FRIEND. THE ABSOLUTE BONUSES WERE, APART FROM THE STAFF, WAS THE MAGICAL MACHINE WHICH SORTED OUT WHAT TYPE OF MATTRESS I REQUIRED (WITHOUT ANY SALES PRESSURE AT ALL) ARANGINE DELIVERY (AND TAKING MY OLD MATTRESS AWAY) ON A DAY WHEN I WAS NOT AT WORK. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND A CREDIT TO DREAMS. WE HAVE ALREADY STARTED TELLING OUR FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES AND WE WILL CERTAINLY BE BE BACK. WELL DONE SAM AND COLLEAGUES FROM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER

We are completely satisfied with our 'Dreams Experience'. Just the right level of attention on entering the store through to the purchase process. As we found out the best was yet to come in the shape of the fantastic deal we were offered on a showroom mattress which was on 'special clearance'. In addition we got 2 lovely pillows for free. We highely recommend the experience.

Great service, decent products and value for money

The gentleman that served us was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. He didn't hassle us or put any pressure on to make a sale. In fact he made us feel very welcome and made us a drink. The store was very clean and the amount of products available were of the right amount to not overwhelm you. A very good experience and I wills definitely recommend to family and friends.
