Lovely helpful staff

My wife and I loved our experience at Dreams in Grimsby. The store layout was great, it gave a light and airy feel but whilst maintaining plenty of stock and variation to try, so we could find which bed and mattress suited us best. We were welcomed by the entire staff during our visit and made to feel at home from as soon as we arrived. Every member of staff went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience and found the right bed for us.

A well presented store and a warm welcome on entry. Pleasant and attentive staff and a very welcome coffee. Loved the Sleep Match facility which helped marry me to the correct bed. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We were satisfied with everything from walking in, to walking out. Molly are assistant was just perfect couldn't of asked for a better assistant. Delivery slot we was given worked out brilliant, we would highly recommend this shop .

Excellent customer service - staff explained exactly what was on offer and was extremely helpful. Delivery time earlier than expected. Also enjoyed the cup of tea!
