Dreams - Grimsby

All members of staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, without being over-bearing. They introduced themselves and offered assistance - should and when we needed it and then gave us plenty of time to browse and make our own deliberations, yet, timed it perfectly to come over and offer advice and opinion on our options, yet staying impartial, when we struggled to decide between two different beds. They even offered us cups of tea so that we could take plenty of time to make our decision!!! Service was swift and no-nonsense. Staff were knowledgeable on the products and I felt I could trust and was confident in making my purchase at this store with the Store Manager and Malcolm. The price of the bed was good, I was happy with the quality of the bed in the showroom. I am happy with the delivery timings. Great promotion with the free Silent Night pillows....which is an added bonus to the shopping experience! So far, I’m extremely impressed with this Dreams Store and the staff and its service! Would highly recommend!!!

From the moment I walked in the service was second to none. I wasn’t sure what type of mattress I need so the assistant think her name was molly took me over to this machine bed that I laid on and it worked out the type of mattress I needed. I was on a small budget but I was shown quite a few mattresses and in the end went for the Hudson. After a few details taken at the desk I paid for my purchase got pillows and mattress cover for free and delivery date was set. The whole experience was a delight from start to finish. I would highly recommend this store. Thank you.

Was greeted by the staff, offered a drink and was offered to test out the pillows and sleep match. Overall great customer service and would highly recommended to friends and family.

The sales rep that helped us was so friendly and down to earth. His colleagues spoke Aswell and they where all lovely. The bed was for my little girl and she was made to feel very special. She then sat and did some colouring and they spoke to her about Disney films and made her laugh. He helped with the right mattress choice for long term and with the right protector and duvet. He explained the care plan and we where really happy with everything

Really helpful staff. Did the sleep match thing that helped us find a suitable mattress. We were slightly fussy and the staff were great in hearing us out and discussing options. Weren't too pushy either. Everyone was great.
