Malc was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The bed we choose was Dreams bed and are really happy with our choice.

From start to finish, me and my wife was treated like a valued customer, Ethan though it was our first time in the store. Will definitely recommend to my friends

The shop is super relaxed which I love! The assistants were both very down to earth, patient, didn't overload us with information, very polite, respectful, kept my kids occupied, provided us with drinks, showed us how everything worked, repeated information with ease, explained all of the options available, talked me through the buying process making sure I was happy at every stage and understood clearly before committing to my purchase and above all listened to all that we said which was such a breathe of fresh air.

Very pleased with shop presentation, well dressed and polite staff, helpful, but not pushy staff, encouraged to try different types of beds/mattresses and any questions were answered and product knowledge very good. Malc and James were very helpful and made you feel welcome not harassed. A pleasure shopping at Dreams.

Knowledge of staff, making you welcome coming through the door, informed the staff we were just browsing and was notified to let them know if we needed any information or help which we asked for and the staff immediately sprang into action, with their knowledge and professionalism.

As we had watched the tv program regarding Harrison Spinx & found Dreams sold these bed, we went straight away & the service was 5*.Which matches the standard of the bed we chose.

Molly was the perfect in-store rep. Product knowledge Did not oversell extras but.bought any Way Rep did hang around but was there when needed Molly and service perfect Give her a bonus
