Malcolm in the Grimsby store bent over backwards to help us get the bunk bed which had been removed offline without anyone knowing. We only wanted this one so it could separate into to single beds if needed. He rung as soon as he could sell the one in store 👍

Very good customer service, Malc listened to us throughout our visit and offered sound advice and guidance in terms of our bed purchase. There was no pressure to buy and he just let us make decisions in our own time, and browse the beds at our leisure. Thank you

James and Sam at the Grimsby branch was very helpful, they was not pushy and overall helped me to find the right mattress to suit my needs.

The manager introduced us to a test bed then suggested several possible mattresses. He then gave us space to discuss and checked occasionally to see that we were ok. For us this was the ideal approach, support without an attempt at sales pressure.

Staff were very helpful and informative and made my whole shopping experience stress free and enjoyable.
