Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, good standard of health and safety. Good explanation of sleep machine and the different types of mattresses for my needs. Did not feel rushed or pushed in to making a purchase. Good selection of products.

we went into the Grimsby store and was served by the lady I think her name was Lesley we were after an ottoman double bed as I have a bad back I was unable to lift some of the beds and Lesley suggested the electric ones we had a go with one and had'nt thought of one of those. We said we would think about it as we had other shopping to do,we went back later in the day and they were very busy and the man and lady asked if we wanted a bottle of water while we waited which was nice .We were not in a hurry so waited and purchased a double electric ottoman bed,it is been delivered on 10th March . I wouldnt hesitate to go back there and have told friends to go there .They are a credit to your company.

I never felt pressurized in making a purchase. I was left testing the products out once I was finished I moved onto the next one.

Very easy to purchase the right bed

Friendly and professional service. Understanding of my specific needs demonstrated. I was nervous about buying a new bed as it was first major purchase alone and was put at my ease. Care was taken with hygiene. I was offered water which was appreciated.
