The assistant was very helpful and not pushy, she let us take our time in choosing a mattress and was very helpful. Our order was taken and everything explained to us in detail. I found it a very good experience and will definitely recommend this store to anyone requiring a bed or mattress.

The way that we were catered for was brilliant, the amount of time that was given to us to make sure that we got exactly what we needed, again , was excellent, other outlets could learn a lot by the way that the Staff treated us over our order, in time ,and care given.

Nothing was too much trouble, questions answered with excellent product awareness, very friendly and attentive customer service from Malcolm very welcoming. Also no time restrictions so able to test all beds and mattresses to find the most suitable for my needs, although spent more than i really wanted was happy with the information & service given, would highly recommend the store to all friends.

We visited your Grimsby store to look for a new mattress. We didn't really know what we wanted. We were greeted immediately by the whole team and were approached by Malc to see if we needed help - which we did! Malc recommended that we use your sleep scanner to help us choose a new mattress. We were both a bit sceptical about this, but gave it a go regardless. We were really pleased with it and tried the mattresses recommended. Malc was really helpful but without being pushy or overbearing. He gave us the information we needed then left us to it. We were both really impressed that he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want, like a whole new bed, and that he gave us time and space to make our own decisions. At no point did we feel under any pressure to buy or that we were "being a nuisance". The store was also really clean and bright which helped with the whole experience. Having never been to a Dreams store previously, we were both very impressed.
