From going through door I had VIP service with mask and gloves. And they managed laying on beds very efficiently. The help was brilliant.

The member of staff who helped explained the situation being on his own will serve these other customers who came in before us first then will be with us as soon as he can. Told us about using the hand sanitizer. Our turn knew all about the beds and mattresses just really helpfully and really friendly
