He asked what we were looking for and when we told him what we required, he took the time to search for the exact mattress. He was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming even thought Covid-19 restrictions were in place, very courteous and helpful. It made buying a bed a very enjoyable event after weeks of isolation, thanks Dreams.

All our questioned were answered very clearly, the staff explained all covid protection guidelines and kept to those guidelines throughout our visit in store. Malc cleaned the mouse and keyboard before passing it to me fill in information and cleaned it again when I passed it back, we felt confident whilst in the store.
