Molly and the other staff really went out of their way to help me find what I wanted.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient in there work. Made our visit safe during coving. Highly recommended the grimsby store.

I shopped at this Dreams store before Christmas and found the store, it’s staff and the whole presentation brilliant! This is why I returned and will highly recommend.

The colleague that served us, Molly, was friendly and helpful throughout and made herself available whenever we needed to ask anything. She was, however, not at all forceful and allowed us to browse the beds at our leisure and then tell her which ones we wanted to try. We visited another bed store nearby and the colleague was so forceful he would not allow us to look on our own and would only allow us to look at beds he chose for us and we soon left without choosing anything. We felt overpowered and would probably not have bought even if we saw something we liked. Molly was totally different. Focussed and helpful but not at all pushy. Our purchase went through quickly and without incident and our credit option was set up in minutes. Overall a lovely experience and I would recommend Dreams. My only small complaint was the length of time until deliver but we can live with that.

The staff member who helped us decide what we needed was very helpful and explained the difference of different mattresses and helped us understand what kind we needed and what support in the mattress would be good for us.

Malc was very helpful and friendly, attentive in what we asked for and knowledgeable in products and finding us information, ensured we stayed safe with current Covid guidelines whilst in the shop and offered us refreshments, no pushy sales it was a pleasure from start to finish.
