We was very well looked after, I asked about pillows & I bought one the best you can buy , we bought headboard & bed base there coming on Monday. We have bought a bed from dreams before too loved it that’s why we went back

The dreams staff were extremely helpful and supportive, they went over and above our expectations to give us a fantastic experience and deliver top quality products and service.

We were greeted by Lesley on arrival, we have not bought a bed for many years and she assisted us through the process without over powering us, over selling or being pushy, she allowed us to make our minds up in comfort. We visited several different shops during our attempt to buy a bed and Dreams definitely felt the most informed and organised in regards to supporting us to make our decision, we thought the bed scanner was excellent. The choice of beds was great and we took advantage of the 0% interest option. Lesley offered us a drink and was lovely throughout, even though she did threaten to "knee cap" us! Ha ha ha!! You had to be there - that is a joke between us all!!! Highly recommended.

The sales lady (Molly) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We were greeted immediately by Molly in your Grimsby store with a friendly Hello. She asked if we needed any assistance which initially we didn't so she left us to look around. We were then discussing different options and Molly came and spoke to us again and advised us of some special offers and discussed our requirements. She was friendly efficient and polite and secured a sale with a smile. The whole process was smooth easy and not at all pressured by Molly. We were looking at a few items but weren't pressured into buying the most expensive . Molly gave us helpful advise and let us decide then speedily helped us order our goods FABULOUS SERVICE MOLLY
