Greeted by Malc as soon as we walked in the store. We had previously tried out the sleepmatch at the Lincoln store however, they did offer this service in the Grimsby store too. We were offered a bottle of water each which was appreciated as it was a hot day! When testing the mattress, they made every effort to covid-proof it by wrapping the pillows and placing a sheet on the mattress. Overall, very pleased with the customer service.

The guy who we saw listened to what we wanted and needed and didnt push us into buying the most expensive option but rather the option that was right for us, he was friendly,polite and explained the new rules regarding covid. I felt completely safe in the store and feel every precaution was taken to ensure safety of staff and customers. I would recommend to any friends that were looking for a new bed or mattress
