The over all experience ( with the Covid going on at the moment) we felt in really good hands as it’s very strange not only for the customers at the moment put it’s a challenge for the staff and hard for them .. we were very satisfied with the help and advise we got as myself and husband suffer with back or hip etc pains and the gentleman was fantastic.. explaining the difference between all the different mattress and even pillows .. I would and will be going back again when my daughter needs a new mattress and will telling my friends band family to vist when they are after a new mattress/ bed . I now can’t wait for it to arrive . Thanks you dreams

We found our shopping experience to be excellent. Malc put us at ease immediately. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We felt safe at all times during our visit and we felt valued as customers. He had a very nice way about him and made us laugh (whilst still being very professional).
