From entering the store, we were treated by your wonderful team in Grimsby. There was ample sanitiser, all had face coverings and were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which is why we bought 2 mattresses it 1 we originally went for. The COVID precautions and obvious care and training the staff had were the best on the high street. The store was spotlessly clean and we felt safe and valued. Malc who served us, talked about our wants and we used the sleepmatch, which he used to narrow our search to 3 options. Quick efficient and accurate. He knew the products inside out and we bought the first one he showed us as it felt perfect for our needs. We were also offered a drink, pillows to try and everything was sanitised and covered with disposable paper. Our overall visit actually and enjoyable experience (and I hate shopping). The 2 gentleman working that day had a great working relationship and rapour with customers. Fab!

From start to finish the experience was exceptional. Store operative Malc was knowledgable, took time to explain things, made sure we were shown options available as referred by the sleep machine. Made sure everything was done correctly and safely in accordance with Covid protocol. Couldn’t fault him at all.

Our advisor Stephen was very knowledgeable on the products and relayed this to use in a which was easy to understand. The offer of bottled water during a very warm day which was made more difficult by face covering rules. Stephen assisted us to obtain the correct mattress using the in-store assessment bed. Very pleased with Stephen.
