Nothing was to much trouble for Malcolm and the team. They where there to help but not pushy. Made you welcome on each visit. Gave you space to browse around but there if required. Overall a great experience.

Perfect place to shop for a bed

Excellent service. I had been in to look a week before and excellent service then to. No pressure, knowledgeable about products and friendly but professional. Will definitely shop there again, and recommend the store.

I was approached straight away very politely. I told what I was after and was left alone to try out the stores products. I asked some questions which were answered well and was under no pressure to buy which I like.

Lesley was really helpful and extremely knowledgeable she listened to our needs and helped us, she was not pushy . The bed which helps identify what type of mattress you need was amazing,

The staff were super friendly, we mixed and matched to achieve the bed we wanted, and we were totally satisfied with the help of a member of staff that we had chosen the bed that we had in our minds before entering the store, so pleased with our purchase, we were given information about mattresses that we hadn’t thought about or knew, a good shopping experience.

Myself and my Partner came to dreams to find a new bed at the grimsby store and the employee who helped us Malc was absolutely magnificent from the very start till the end. They are a friendly helpful bunch and their knowledge was excellent. We are delighted with the purchase and we are really looking forward to it being delivered.
