Malc at Dreams Grimsby was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish during our visit to purchase a new bed frame. He was very conscious of our health and safety while we were guided around the store. We felt safe throughout our visit and were kindly offered a bottle of water. We were incredibly happy with the delivery slot we were able to organise, the ease in which we could order the bed of our choice and were impressed by the offers in store. We would highly recommend Dreams to our family and friends. Thank you! :)

Very knowledgeable staff member (Marta) who took time to show us our options of mattresses based on the feedback from the sleep match analysis. Very friendly and demonstrated good social distancing whilst making our visit successful in meeting our needs.
