Malc was excellent in helping us choose our bed. From recommending we try the sleep machine to make sure we choose the right mattress to choosing the base. He was helpful, friendly and conscientious without being pushy.

Nice helpful staff

From walking in the door, the friendliness of the staff. I especially like the bed that told me which mattress would be suited for me. The staff James and Lesley looked after me from start to finish, even offered a drink while in store, so now all I have to wait for is my new bed arriving.

From start to finish we were given advice and guidance to help us choose the right bed for our needs. What I liked most of all is we were given the time and space to think and look over our choices...so no pressure!

The staff were friendly and helpful and not pushy at all, the lady was also giving us every opportunity to buy at a great price. She was patient and caring and was able to answer any questions or find solutions.

We were greeted by your colleague, on entering the store and ask if we required any assistance, they were helpful and knowledgeable on the range of beds and mattresses. They offered us a range of types of mattresses to suit our specific needs and at no time did we feel any pressure from them, it was advice we received and not a high pressure sales process. All in all a very good service.
