Dreams - Grimsby

We were straight away treated by a very friendly shop assistant called Malc. He was fantastic from beginning to end of our visit. We have never bought a bed or mattress before and we were nervous as we had no idea what we were looking for. Malc helped us using the sleep machine that Dreams has and made us feel totally relaxed while using the machine. He then showed us 4 different mattresses (he was happy to show us even more) that would suit us and respected our privacy while we tried the mattresses for comfort and discussed which was best. He was not pushy with us and really made us feel at ease, explaining each product to us in detail. He was highly knowledgable about each mattress and pillow and was very helpful while processing our order and offered us a chilled bottle of water whilst he took our details. He was equally as professional as he was friendly and completely put us at ease. I don’t regularly leave reviews but we felt that Malc deserved this positive feedback. A truly easy, relaxing and enjoyable process from start to finish.
