From entering the store staff were friendly and welcoming. We were asked if we required assistance and explained our purpose of visiting the shop and were then explained the covid practice within the store and was taken to the bed scan machine. Molly explained the procedure and inputted the information for the scan. On the whole my husband and myself were extremely pleased with the staff and Molly's assistance ,offering the use of pillows to use while trying different mattresses .they were cleaning and spraying down as we tried out mattresses. They offered us drinks and which was really lovely (no hard sell) left us to decide on a purchase the whole experience was pleasant and we didn't feel rushed . The staff were lovely!! A total 10/10👍😁

I was helped by malcom he talked me threw the process of my needs fir a new matress . I was very happy with how he listened and provided a top service on purchasing my new matress . Nothing was to much trouble he was very good with his assistance to make sure I left the store happy . Well I was I honestly felt like a princess carnt wait for my delivery to come . Nothing was to much trouble he definitely knows his stuff I’m very pleased with my purchases and carnt wait to feel like a princess on my new mattress.

I saw an excellent adviser one day, went back 2 days later thinking of ordering. Got another excellent adviser and ordered. Your team are so helpful and more importantly not at all pushy. They gently helped me make the right decision. Thank you.
