Dreams - Grimsby

We were greeted by Malc at the door who made us feel welcome and relaxed having never bought a mattress before. He got us set up on the Sleep Match machine which gave us a good starting point. Based off what we me and my partner told him we were looking for he choose 4/5 mattresses for us to test out in which he provided coverings etc. The advice/support he gave on how to choose the correct one really was beneficial and made the process stress free and relaxed. Even when purchasing he made this incredible easy and broke down all the options we had. We was offered water and tried out pillows on the mattress we had specifically chosen which is something I had never considered. I would definitely go back to Dreams and specifically Malc at the Grimsby Branch.

Great customer service

Both guys in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They guided us through the options and purchase. Also provided water while we waited to finalise purchase.

Friendly helpful and order process was quick

Lesley was fantastic and helped us as much as she possibly could, including offering us a drink and helping us through the sleep match process. The team were so friendly and we were very happy with the mattress we chose. We’re now thinking about returning for a king size in the coming months.
