Our sales assistant was Lesley and she was lovely. My Mum is 93 and Lesley was kind and thoughtful towards her (even swapping her face mask for a shield so that Mum could hear better).

Attentive staff who even gave us a drink of water.

Very covid safe systems, the gentlemen that dealt with me took extra care and time to ensure I got the best product for myself. Even slightly going past opening hours too complete my order to the best of his ability!! Very good experience!!

Had a great experience throughout. We started with the sleep match to help find the right mattress for us. James took us through the process of this and then guided us to the mattresses best fit for us. He gave an explanation about the mattress and then gave us some space to try it out on our own and get a feel for it. After trying all the mattresses he gave us some more time on our own to go back to the ones we liked and didn’t push us into making a decision or buying a mattress. We decided on the one which was best for us and went ahead to purchase. Molly then took over us buying the mattress, whilst we were offered some bottles of water. Both of them gave us a great experience which we weren’t expecting as we are always wary going into shops like this as we hate being pounced on by people trying to sell us stuff.

There was a technology problem and the transaction would not go through. Staff retained their sense if humour and professionalism throughout. Staff phoned me later to out the transaction through. Very very professional, kind and helpful.
