I only visited the shop with the intention of browsing to get an idea but after the deals offered I could pass up the bargain! Colleague was super helpful and was respectful about my indecisiveness too! Patient with hoping between two beds for 10-20 minutes!

from start to placing order your employee MALC was amazing. H greeted us a we come in left us to look around then came to help us find what we need, his knowledge was very helpful everything from the use of the sleep match to helping us find the best mattress with the best pillow to try along with it. No rush we could of stopped and tried the beds out all day. Drinks where offered and all covid measures adhered to to make what use to be a straight forward process before covid to be a very enjoyable stress free save enjoyable experience. Molly was an absolute star to deal with, made us feel very comfortable whilst considering our purchase and was full of useful un-biased information regarding our needs. James was also very attentive without being pushy, both members of a staff were a huge pleasure to spend time with assessing our options.

We loved the sleep match machine as we made a mistake in the past by buying a mattress which was unsuitable for our needs
