The lady in the store (Lesley) was very understanding and very considerate, I am a 76 year old lady who has several problems with mobility and nothing was to much trouble,no matter how long it took me to try the beds out. It was nIce not to feel a nuisance and being able to take my time without worrying about the time I was taking up.

Molly was knowledgeable on the products and gave time for me to think over the purchase; I did not feel rushed at all. She also advised on options I had not considered.

Lesley was very helpful and the offers were good value.

The assistance I received was enormous and satisfied. The shop assistant attended very well and made my order easy, she also told me all the benefit and managed to get me some discount. It was a wonderful experience

My daughter and I were greeted in a very friendly way and were well looked after, We were particularly impressed by the offer of a bottle of water which was most apppreciated on a warm afternoon,

The sales assistant was excellent can’t remember his name unfortunately but he was so helpful went Above and beyond what I was expecting great knowledge and service we was very impressed

Covid precautions excellent. Received excellent service from a member of staff who helped narrow down the best mattress for me. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and Cannot wait to receive bed and mattress!
