Delivery time is way longer than expected. 2 weeks to deliver a mattress when I needed it urgently.

Due to no fault of dreams but there was a computer glitch. It was resolved by the assistant but that is why We were not highly satisified

There was absolutely no issue with the he staff. The assistant, Marta, was friendly and discussed everything without jargon. The reason for not being highly satified is down to the limited displays that left very limited choice within each price range. Price displays take some time to get used to as well.

The sales staff were in fact very pleasant and helpful. They were working hard and to the best of their ability but it was apparent however that there were some issues and that they had no support from mamagement. It was busy in the store and given that there were only two computers which were in use and therefore staff on the shop floor were unable to look for information on products we asked about. It was obvious that they would benefit from having hand held tablets to deal with this issue and as the store has only been opened a week should have had support from management. There were a few people walked out of the store as wait was too long. Both Malc and Sam worked well together to overcome the difficulties faced.

I went to dreams to chose a new bed on Wed 22/7. I asked about length of time for delivery and was told 3/4 weeks. Went back to order new bed and mattress on Friday 24/7. Spent several hundred pounds. Was told they had no idea when it was going to be delivered. Could be 8 weeks, could be next week, next year!! No one knows! I still don't know, will I ever know?? Was wanting to organise a skip, decorating and all sorts, now everything is on hold. Am off work until September but looks like this will be arriving after i'm back at work now so will end up having to pay extra for weekend delivery which I didn't want and potentially stuffing up all other decorating plans. Just want to know!! Why is it so hard to get a delivery date??
