Even though I was pleased with the service I think that there is always room for improvement.

For me to put highly satisfied the staff would have had to be outstanding, they just did their job!

Not very much knowledge from staff whilst trying to purchase a mattress which would suit my bad back, chose product ourselves but more knowledge would of been more beneficial to us.

The staff were very helpful and helped us to find what we were looking for with a very good level of service. We do think that the delivery time is too long after purchase

Satisfied but would not have purchased if sale not on. Some beds where quite pricey

The sales assistant did not explain the various options which were available with the bed I purchased, such as the solid salt or sprung salt or divan options.

I was satisfied with service I received both times in the store.

I applied for finance and we waited about 30minutes for the decision. Then Malc had to contact Creation to resolve the issue. Once he’d contacted them the finance application was immediately approved. My two children became very restless while we were waiting which didn’t help the situation

We got what we asked for and the sales rep spent to long talking rubbish to us when we just wanted to be in and out of the store.
