I just thought the price of the mattress was A little bit on the expensive side

I was highly satisfied with the assistance given by your staff, it would have been nice to take a matress away with me, we had tried a few different matresses and would have like to try a softer version of what was in the store but all the spaces were taken with what there was, but still after that the last matress we did try was what we considered perfect all thanks to the assistant being patient and helping any way he could,I would advise friends and family to shop there

When in store we were not fully informed of items that were available only on line. But Molly in the Grimsby store was very helpful

Was a good experience, maybe a touch too pricey but overall got a great bed that we are happy with so not complaints.

On the Thursday I discussed prices etc on line and it was £349 by Saturday am it had gone up to £399.00 I think that is a big increase
