The store had only been open a couple of days and the staff were fantastic, they left us to ponder and never bothered interrupting us and coming over straight away when we had any questions to as. They even made me and my wife a cup of coffee and offered to top it up again. Excellent service and will tell everyone about the service. Couldn't fault anything. They are a credit to your company.

Even though the assistant was new or in training, he did a good job in advising us on which products.

Only one sales assistant when we visited which meant a very long wait as the sales assistant was already helping customers with the whole Dreams experience such as the sleep position machine and all the accompanying products they could purchase. However despite this we were treated just as well as the previous customers and asked to browse at our leisure with an accompanying apology for our wait.

No availability of stock could not have what I wanted to buy due to no delivery date.

Ideally I would like to have taken a bed away with me on the day rather than wait 10 days and need to book time off work for delivery. I opted for an ex display model but was told there was no sleep satisfaction 40 day guarantee on it. Staff were very friendly and looked to assist wherever possible, with a friendly smile too.

The store was empty, Molly came to us straight away, the store did not stock the item we wanted, or a similar item, we selected one from a laptop screen, we could have done that from home and for a lot cheaper. It's pointless having a store with only a few beds, I am sure customers would prefer to see actual items, if we had known we would have bought from the net.
