good choice, high quality materials and finished product

On arrival at the store Malc came over and asked us what we were looking for & we said a bed & mattress. He explained the colour code system & asked us how we slept ie front or back , if we had any posture problems or if we got hot when we slept? He then handed us each a different type of pillow & left us to wonder round and try the mattress 's. There was no high pressure sales or over enthusiasm. He even offered to make us a coffee. We felt we could take our time to choose the right bed. Over all it was a wonderful experience & I will highly recommend dreams to my friends.

I looked on line previously before the visit picked what i was looking for then i went to the dreams store told them what i had picked and the staff looked on their computer for me

we knew what we wanted but Malc, the assistance was very helpful and pointed out the appropriate items , gave advice (and pillows) then gave us time to try things. good price and service

The staff we're very helpfull and knowledgable. The lady Holly was really informative and super friendly. Her product knowledge helped us decide what bed was right for us.

The staff were very helpful and informative without being overbearing or pushy. We were allowed to browse and try out as many of the beds as we liked. They were extremely friendly, even making us a cuppa while we decided o our purchases. Excellent experience.
