I didn’t feel pressured but I was given the advice I needed to make an informed decision. I felt comfortable trying the beds and the staff were attentive when I needed help. As it happened the mattress I chose was on offer so I was extremely pleased with my purchase.

Malc was a really nice chap, really helpful and very knowledgable. He made the buying process easy and hassle free.

The service offered in all Dreams stores is usually of the highest standards which is why I keep returning. This visit was no exception. Thank you for training your staff in the correct manner.

We went in with some idea of what we wanted (Hypnos mattress) but the grimsby store didn’t have that for display but the store assistance Malc set us up on the sleepmatch machine and then showed us the mattress’s it suggested and really went into detail on every mattress and made us feel quite special and in really good hands. In the end we ended up buying a Harrison Spinks mattress and the process was quick easy and simple and Malc made everything clear and easy for us.

Customer advisor was very knowledgable and helpful to assist with finding the perfect bed following our previous bad experience with purchasing a bed for dreams.

We ordered a Marina mattress to begin with but then discovered that it would not fit up the stairway, on the advice of Customer Services we returned to the store where Molly duly helped us to choose a mattress of similar quality that could be rolled up to fit our needs. Molly was very attentive to our situation and helped us in the best way she could. The other lady colleague was also helpful and friendly during this time.

James met me with a smile at his desk and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the technology behind the mattresses, showed me all options best suited to my needs and also helped me find something within my budget.
