We were welcomed in a very friendly manner, and it was made clear that the staff were there to help, but not to pester us. All our questions were answered brilliantly. Advice was offered and well received. We were offer drinks and we very kindly had a coffee, which all goes to make the visit a very pleasant shopping experience. On ordering everything was explained in great detail, and we were very happy with the whole service. We have already recommended dreams to friends and family and will more than happy continue to do so.

I couldn't thank the staff enough, helped from the minute I walked through the door and had a laugh throughout the whole experience of purchasing a new bed. Helped with all questions and was really friendly with my daughter and gave her crayons and paper to draw on. Made cups of tea for us and couldn't thank them enough. Cannot wait to receive my new bed next week. Thank you again.

Staff very friendly and informative. Asked if we would like a drink multiple times and offered a pillow when trying the beds.

The customer service was good, he explained all the different choices, then gave me the space to make my own decision.

The staff made my husband and I feel very welcome in addition to keeping our 5 year old entertained whilst purchasing our new bed. They made us hot drinks and a cold drink for my son. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and this is had to find in stores of late. Very child friendly in addition to having a high level of knowledge to provide appropriate advice and guidance of purchase we made.
