Very kind and friendly staff. We weekend left waiting and was was offered a drink whilst we bought our products. The member of staff who processed our order was very friendly and helped us in deciding which mattress would be best for our son and explained that we could return the item and swap it if we weren’t satisfied.

I was allowed to take my time and the assistant was helpful and polite
